Matthew 13:45-46
In this parable, a pearl merchant on discovering a pearl of great price sells all that he has to buy that one pearl. Here is the thoughtful seeker who is looking for answers to life’s great questions, one who discovers Christ and his salvation and earnestly desires it, one who is willing to part with his pride and sin in order that he may possess Christ as his Saviour and Lord.
