Beholding The Sin-Bearer

The biggest problem in the world today is not a social one, it is sin. Sin has ruined individuals, families and societies and above all has severed us from God. The cry of John the Baptist to "Behold the Lamb of God", a phrase packed with meaning to his Jewish audience, is a call to all to see and believe in Jesus Christ as the sin-offering God has provided to take away our sin and guilt, and to reconcile us to God.
