Healing of the paralyzed man was a picture of God’s salvation of our soul. It was also an extraordinary demonstration of the power of Christ to heal and to forgive sin. However, the pride and prejudice of the scribes and Pharisees prevented them from receiving any benefit from Christ's ministry.
