The blood of the Martyrs is the seed of the Church. Stephen's death and subsequent persecution of the church in Jerusalem led to preaching of the word in Judea and Samaria. Many Samaritans received the word and the came upon them through the laying on of hands of the apostles. This revival in Samaria is a new milestone in the God's redemption plan. We see here the key features of Philip's revival ministry.
