A rich young ruler came to Christ and asked Him what he had do to inherit eternal life. From a human point of view this young man possessed many advantages and virtues; but in the end he went away sad. The problems faced by this young man are also common to many seekers today, and Christ's guidance to him is therefore relevant to us.
