Mark 6:30-44

Christ's feeding of the multitude is more than a social good work. It is a marvelous miracle and an instructive lesson. It is a demonstration to his listeners and to us all not only of his compassion for lost sinners, but also that all life, biological and spiritual, is derived from him. Those desiring salvation must go to Christ to obtain it.
